摘要
针对当前高校人才引进工作存在的一些问题,探讨内部控制理论应用于高校人才引进工作的可行性,并从内部环境、风险评估、控制活动、信息沟通、内部监督等内部控制要素角度,提出解决当前高校人才引进工作存在问题的相应对策。
In view of the current status, the feasibility to apply the internal control theory to talents introduction at colleges and uni- versities is explored. Accordingly the countermeasures to solve the current problems in talents introduction at colleges and universities are proposed in the regards of the internal environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and internal supervision.
