New management strategies of patent at colleges and universities

从高校专利管理入手,分析高校专利方面存在的问题,学习国外高校的先进经验,提出高校专利管理的若干对策:(1)创新管理方法,促进高校专利的可持续发展;(2)增加经费投入,强化高校专利的有效保护;(3)完善奖励机制,激发教职工发明创造的积极性;(4)加快成果转化,促进高校专利的良性循环。

The problems of patent management at colleges and universities are analyzed and learning the advanced experience of foreign colleges and universities, some countermeasures for the patent management are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Innovating management methods to promote the sustainable development of the patent. （ 2） Increasing the investment to strengthen the effective protection of the patent. （ 3 ） Perfecting the incentive mechanism to arouse the innovation enthusiasm of the staff. （ 4 ） Accelerating the transform of achievements to promote the benign circulation of the patent at colleges and universities.
