大学生创新创业人才培养模式研究

College students' innovative entrepreneurial talents training mode study

随着就业问题的备受讨论,我们应该反思之前高校创新教育的不足之处,并积极努力探索大学生创新创业人才培养的方法与模式。值得注意的是,大学生创新创业人才教育培养是为了建立大学生的创新观念、增强大学生的创新才能、锻炼大学生创业技能,也是大学生素质教育培养的重大环节,如今,这一环节引起了各大院校的广泛关注,并逐步将其纳入教学的重点。可是,通过当前大学生的就业情况可以看出,现阶段的高等院校培养人才的方式方法隐藏着不少缺点、暴露出了许多不足,导致教育出来的学生无法满足社会实际岗位的要求,所学习的理论知识难以用于实践。文章在此以分析归纳我国目前院校培养创新创业人才的模式纰漏,融合创新创业教育的本质意义,推举出适合我国当前发展大学生创新创业人才培养的模式建议。

As the discussing of the problems of employment,we should introspect the deficiencies of innovative education among college students in the past few years,and search for the methods and mode of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents. It＇s worth nothing that the purpose of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents among college students is to establish students＇ innovative concepts,improving students＇ innovation abilities,exercising their entrepreneurial skills,it＇s also an important link of college students＇ quality--oriented education. At present,it has caused extensive concern of the universities and colleges and will be gradually incorporated into the emphasis of teaching. But,through the college students＇ employment can see,at this stage of the institutions of higher learning of talents training methods hidden quite a few shortcomings,exposed many insufficiencies,lead to education out of the students can＇t satisfy the requirements of social reality pest,learning theory knowledge to applied to practice. In this article analysed and summarized in our country at present the cultivation of creative talents,the mode of innovation education breach of fusion of the essential significance,suitable to China＇s development could produce the creation and innovation of college students cultivating model of Suggestions.
