Impact of MD Soft Water Quality on Continuous Casting

通过对两次因结晶器水质波动造成的连铸生产异常的分析,提出了结晶器水质硬度、pH值、水温、水位等一系列控制措施,措施实施后,连铸生产趋于稳定状态。

By analyzing twice exception in continuous cast process caused by mould soft water quality fluctuation,a series of measurements in the controlling of water hardness were put forward,such as PH value,temperature and water level which ensure a stable continuous cast production.
