中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察固本通络方联合阿斯匹林、尼莫地平中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效及其对TIA患者血脂与血液流变的影响。方法:采用随机单盲对照试验的设计方法分为治疗组与对照组观察疗效。结果:治疗组可以更有效改善有效地改善血脂水平(P<0.05),降低血液粘滞度(P<0.05)。结论:该治疗方案对中风先兆患者能够更有效地改善血脂水平,降低血液粘滞度从而改善脑循环,提高中风先兆的疗效(P<0.01)。 Objective: To investigate the clincal effect and the effect hemarheology and blood fat of Guben Tongluo formula combined aspirin and nimodipine on treatment of transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods: A randomized single-blind controlled trial design is divided into treatment and control groups observed effect results: the treatment group can be more effective in improving blood lipid levels(P 0.05),lower blood viscosity(P 0.05) Conclusion :This therapeutic schedule may effectively improve blood lipid levels,lower blood viscosity and thus improve cerebral circulation,and improve the efficacy of threatened stroke(P 0.01).
