石韦的临床应用和药理研究

Clinical Application and Pharmacological Action of Shiwei

石韦具有利水通淋,清肺化痰,凉血止血的作用,临床上用于治疗淋证,水肿,小便不利,痰热咳喘,咯血、吐血、衄血、崩漏及外伤出血等均有显著疗效。近期研究发现,石韦能调节免疫功能,抗病原微生物、抗炎,在治疗高血压、糖尿病、皮肤病、泌尿系统疾病等方面亦有较好的疗效,为进一步加深石韦的基础研究和临床应用研究,故综述以上几方面的研究进展。

Shiwei may relieve stranguria by dieresis,clear lung and disperse sputum,cool the blood to stop bleeding.It has significant clinical effect on stranguria,oedema,dysuria,cough and asthma caused by phlegm-heat,hemoptysis,hematemesis,nosebleed,metrorrhagia,traumatic hemorrhage,etc.In recent study,It has been shown that Shiwei can regulate immune function,anti-pathogenic microorganism,anti-inflammatory,and it has been used to treat hypertension,diabetes mellitus,skin diseases,urinary diseases.The research progress of Shiwei is reviewed for further the basic and the clinical research from above aspects.
