绍兴县湖塘街道社区常见妇科疾病筛查分析

Screening and analysis on common gynecological diseases in Hutang street community of Shaoxing county

目的:调查绍兴县湖塘街道社区女性常见妇科疾病发病情况,为社区制定相关防治措施提供参考。方法:对绍兴县湖塘街道社区≥20岁女性860例体检中发现的常见妇科疾病进行统计分析。结果:常见妇科疾病检出率为46.05%(396/860),以宫颈炎、阴道炎和子宫肌瘤为主,检出率分别为17.33%(149/860)、14.78%(127/860)和9.65%(83/860),在常见妇科疾病中分别占37.63%(149/396)、32.07%(127/396)和20.96%(83/396);发病年龄以30～40岁为主,占64.90%(257/396);职业以专业技术人员为主,为55.05%(218/396);发病原因可能与精神因素、妊娠、婚姻状况和哺乳有关。结论:绍兴县湖塘街道社区女性常见妇科疾病的检出率较高,应加强对辖区内的女性进行妇科疾病定期的普查普治,以减少妇科疾病的发生率。

Objective：To survey the incidences of common gynecological diseases in Hutang street community of Shaoxing county,provide reference for making related preventive and therapeutic measures in community.Methods：860 ≥20-year-old women who were found with common gynecological diseases in physical examination were selected from Hutang street community of Shaoxing county for statistical analysis.Results：The detection rate of common gynecological diseases was 46.05%（396/860）,the major gynecological diseases were cervicitis,vaginitis and hysteromyoma,the detection rates were 17.33%（149/860）,14.78%（127/860） and 9.65%（83/860）,respectively,the proportions among common gynecological diseases were 37.63%（149/396）,32.07%（127/396） and 20.96%（83/396）,respectively;the onset age was mainly 30~40 years,accounting for 64.90%（257/396）;55.05%（218/396） of them were technical staff;the occurrence of common gynecological diseases were related to mental factor,pregnancy,marital status and lactation.Conclusion：The detection rate of female common gynecological diseases is high in Hutang street community of Shaoxing county,regular general screening and treatment should be enhanced among the women to reduce the incidences of gynecological diseases.
