渝中区4057例托幼园所儿童视力筛查结果分析

Analysis on visual screening result of 4057 children in kindergartens of Yuzhong district

目的:了解重庆市渝中区托幼园所儿童视力状况,为更好地开展儿童眼保健工作提供依据。方法:采用美国伟论Suresight手持式视力筛选仪对渝中区33所托幼园所4 057例2～7岁儿童进行视力筛查。结果:4 057例儿童中视力异常检出率14.81%;不同年龄组间视力异常检出率有显著差异;视力异常各类型间有显著差异;不同性别视力异常检出率无显著差异。结论:①在托幼园所儿童中进行视力筛查非常必要,对视力异常儿童要及早干预;②做好托幼园所儿童眼保健需要保健机构、托幼园所及家长共同重视及努力。

Objective：To understand the visual status of children in kindergartens of Yuzhong district in Chongqing city,provide a basis for carrying out eye health care of children better.Methods：American Suresight hand-held instrument for vision screening was used for visual screening of 4 057 children aged 2~7 years old in 33 kindergartens of Yuzhong district.Results：Among 4 057 children,the detection rate of children with abnormal vision was 14.81%.There was significant difference in detection rate of visual abnormality among the children of different age groups;there was also significant difference in detection rate of visual abnormality among different types of visual abnormality;there was no significant difference in detection rate of visual abnormality between boys and girls.Conclusion：Visual screening is very necessary among the children in kindergartens,the children found with visual abnormality should be intervened timely;the eye health care of children needs the joint efforts and attentions from health care institutions,kindergartens and parents.
