中医综合疗法治疗更年期综合征分析

Analysis on climacteric syndrome treated with combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨中医综合疗法对更年期综合征的治疗效果。方法:以150例患者为治疗对象,以中医综合治疗75例为治疗组,以西医治疗75例为对照组,3个月后分析两组受试对象的治疗变化,以评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组在运用中医中药及辅助治疗后,月经紊乱、阵发性潮热(潮红)、外阴及阴道萎缩、骨质疏松、四肢麻木、心悸失眠不适、皮肤出现皱纹、色素沉着、肠胃功能紊乱、烦躁易怒、情绪不稳定等明显好转,而对照组效果较差,且不良反应大。结论:中医综合疗法治疗更年期综合征临床效果相当显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods：150 patients were selected as study objects,then they were divided into treatment group（including 75 patients receiving combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine） and control group（including 75 patients receiving Western medicine treatment）;the therapeutic changes in the two groups were analyzed after 3 months,and the curative effects in the two groups were evaluated.Results：In treatment group,after combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and assisted therapy,the symptoms including menstrual disorder,paroxysmal hot flash（flushing）,vulval and vaginal atrophy,osteoporosis,numb limb,palpitation,insomnia,discomfort,skin wrinkle,pigmentation,gastrointestinal dysfunction,restlessness and irritability,emotional lability were relieved obviously,but in control group,the curative effect was poor,and the incidence of adverse reactions was high.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is significant in treatment of climacteric syndrome,compared with control group,there is significant difference.
