影响夫精宫腔内人工授精妊娠率相关因素的研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的:讨论夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)导管排气与否对IUI妊娠率的影响。方法:对200例不孕患者进行417个周期夫精宫腔内人工授精。将所有患者随机分为两组:A组为IUI导管排气组(221周期);B组为IUI导管未排气组(196周期)。结果:417个IUI周期共有50例临床妊娠,总周期妊娠率为11.99%,总病例妊娠率为25.00%。其中A组周期妊娠率为12.22%,B组周期妊娠率为11.73%,两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:两组的周期妊娠率虽然无明显差异,但A组周期妊娠率略高于B组周期妊娠率,在临床中有推广的必要。
