徐州地区女性就诊者21种HPV基因型的流行病学调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的:调查徐州地区妇女就诊者21种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型感染的流行病学特点。方法:取2 001例女性就诊者宫颈脱落细胞,应用导流杂交低密度基因芯片技术检测HPV 6、11、16、18、31、33、35、39、42、43、44、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68、cp8304共21种基因型,并对21种基因型的流行病学特点进行分析。结果:总感染率为40.78%,其中高危型HPV占总阳性例次数的78.92%(644/816),若将一人同时感染多个HPV基因型的就诊者作为一个阳性病例,人群绝对感染率为29.54%;21种基因型中,高危型中HPV 16感染率最高(8.74%),低危型中HPV 11感染率居首位(4.45%),感染频度前8位依次为HPV 16、58、11、6、52、33、68、53。不同年龄段HPV感染情况不同,17岁~组感染率最高(32.50%),构成比差距较大,以31岁~组最高(37.56%),其次为21岁~组(30.29%)和41岁~组(23.69%),三组总计高达91.54%。结论:该研究详细调查了徐州地区21种HPV基因型的流行情况及特点,提示该地区女性HPV感染较常见。因此,妇产科医生对该地区女性就诊者的HPV感染应引起高度重视,以便采取积极的防治措施。
