摘要
目的:探讨胃癌组织中Tenascin、β-catenin、TGF-β1的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测70例胃癌组织和20例癌旁正常组织中Tenascin、β-catenin、TGF-β1的表达。结果:①Tenascin主要表达于胃癌组织中癌相关纤维母细胞的胞质,且与胃癌的Lauren分型、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移关系显著(P<0.05);②β-catenin在胃癌的异常表达与胃癌的Lauren分型及分化程度关系显著(P<0.05);③TGF-β1在胃癌组织中主要表达于肿瘤细胞的胞质,其表达强度与胃癌的临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);④Tenascin与β-catenin在胃癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.505,P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中Tenascin、β-catenin、TGF-β1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移关系密切,β-catenin对间质中Tenascin的聚集具有抑制效应。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Tenascin, β -catenin and TGF-β 1 proteins in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of Tenascin, β -catenin and TGF-β 1 in 70 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tis- sues was detected by the method ofimmtmohistochemistry. Results: ① Tenascin expressed mainly in cancer associated fibroblasts and its expression was associated with Lauren classification, differentiation degree, TNM tumour stage and lymph node metastases (P〈0.05).② The abnormal expression of β -catenin was associated with Lauren classification and differentiation degree within gastric adenocarcinoma (P〈0.05). ③ The expression of TGF-β 1 was correlated with TNM tumour stage, the depth of tumour invasion and lymph node metastases in gastric adenocarcinoma(P〈0.05 ).④ Tenascin was correlated with β -catenin reversely in gastric adenocarcinoma (r =-0. 505, P〈0.05). Conclusions: The abnormal expression of Tenascin, β -catenin and TGF-β 1 proteins may play an important role in the malignant progression of gastric adenocarcinoma, and β -catenin protein would have an inhibitory effect on aggregation of Tenascin.
