经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术和冠脉内支架术的临床应用

Clinical application of perculaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) and intracoronary stenting(CASI)

目的 探讨ＰＴＣ 在冠心病治疗中的应用价值；方法 自１９９８ 年４ 月—１９９９ 年４ 月，１７ 例冠心病患者接受经皮冠状动脉成形术，其中３ 例为急性心肌梗塞，１５ 例患者的２１ 外冠状动脉病变成功地进行ＰＴＣＡ，其中１０ 例患者的１２ 处病变置入１２ 枚支架，立即行冠脉造影。结果 １７ 例冠状动脉扩张满意，无残余狭窄，所有病例胸痛缓解或消失，１ 例术后７ 个月再发心绞痛，无严重并发症和死亡发生。结论 显示ＰＴＣＡ 和支架术是安全有效，成功率高，并发症低。支架术可减少或延缓再狭窄率。

Objective\ To cxplore clinical significance From April 1998 to April 1999 17 patients with coronary artery disease underwent PTCA and intracoronary stenting,three of thair with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).PTCA were successfull performed in all 15 patients with 21 lesions,12 coronary stents were implanted in 10 patients,Immediately after the procedum,satisfactory angiographic results were obtained.No residual stenosis exists and chest pain was relieved or disappeared in all cases.one case had recurrence of chest pain after seven monthes.No major complication and death occrued.This report showed that PTCA and intracoronary stenting is a safe and efficient interventional procedure with a high success rate and very few complications.Stenting may reduce resten-osis rate or delayits occurrence.
