摘要
目的 探讨小儿热性惊厥的T 淋巴细胞和红细胞免疫功能变化。方法 对72 例热性惊厥患儿及35 例健康儿童应用微量全血氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H —Td R) 掺入法作T 细胞增殖实验,用酵母花环实验测红细胞免疫粘附功能。结果 热性惊厥患儿外周血T 细胞增殖反应水平明显降低,以复杂性热性惊厥患儿尤为明显,CPM 和SI 均显著低于健康对照组( P< 0 .001) ; 热性惊厥患儿红细胞C3b 受体花形成率( RBC -C3bRR) 明显较健康组为低( P< 0 .05) ,但红细胞免疫复合物花环形成率( RBC—ICR) 则无明显差异。结论 提示热性惊厥患儿在惊厥发作时存在T 淋巴细胞和红细胞免疫功能低下。
Objective\ To study the changes of immune function of T ymphocyte and erythrocyte in children with febrile convulsion.Methods\ T lymphocyte proliferation was determined by micro-whole-blood H-thymidine assay and erythrocyte immune adhesion function were determined by RBC-C\-3bRR and RBC-ICR tests.Results\ The peripheral blood T (ymphocyte proliferation level in febrile convulsion subjects were significantly decreased that C P M and SI were all significantly less than those of the healthy control subjects (P<0.001).It were obvious that the decreased level was very more significant in the complex febrile convulsion subjects.The RBC-C\-3bRR of children with febrile convulsion were significantly lower than that of the healthy control subjects but RBC-ICR were of no significant difference between the febrile convulsion subjects and the helthy subjects.Conclusion\ It suggested that the immune function of both the T lymphocyte and erythrocyte in children with febrile convulsion were simultaneously lowered during convulsion.
