糖尿病神经病变的药物治疗
摘要
醛糖还原酶抑制剂可抑制氧化应激导致的炎症；联合抗抑郁药物阿米替林、抗惊厥药拉莫三嗪、非甾体抗炎药、阿片类药物吗啡、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂及5-羟色胺／去甲肾上腺再摄取抑制剂等多种药物，极少患者能达到疼痛完全缓解；自主神经病变的对症治疗包括：胃轻瘫、心律失常，膀胱自主神经病变、男性性功能障碍。
