氧化应激在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用

摘要 高血糖是糖尿病视网膜病变的基础,该病一般认为是由于视网膜微血管系统受损所致。研究表明,AGEs或ROS可抑制视网膜周细胞内PEDFmRNA的表达,造成PEDF水平下降,而PEDF水平下降可使氧化应激诱导的周细胞凋亡及功能障碍进一步加剧,从而促进DR的发展。氧化应激作为DR发病机制之一.使用合适的抗氧化剂可能改善DR患者视网膜组织的代谢和功能异常.延缓DR发展。
