甘南藏族自治州生态环境与可持续发展研究

Research on Ecological Environment and Sustainable Development in Minority Area of Gansu Province

可持续发展是人类与自然环境、人类自身以及人类整体社会和谐的发展,是经济、社会、文化与自然相互协调、全面发展的过程。作为生态环境脆弱的甘南民族地区,可持续发展面临诸多问题,如草原退化面积不断扩展,生物多样性减少,各种自然灾害频发,科技认识不足等。因此,针对甘南的实际情况,提出只有完善法律配套设施,合理利用草场,加大资金和科技投入力度以及强化干部群众的生态环保意识,才能实现甘南的生态环境可持续发展。

Sustainable development is harmonious development about the human and the natural environment,the human and the whole society,it is also a coordination and all-round development process about economy,society,culture and nature.Gannan as an environmentally frail national region,sustainable development faces many problems,such as continually deteriorated grassland area,decreased biodiversity,natural disasters often happened,inadequate understanding about science and technology.Consequently,according to the actual situation of Gannan,to realize sustainable development of Gannan ecological environment,it suggested that it could improve the legal supporting facilities,utilize the pasture reasonably,increase investment of funds and science and technology,and strengthen the consciousness of the cadres and the masses.
