《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》对学前教育给予了前所未有的重视,给企业幼儿园的发展带来了新的契机。通过对延长油田幼儿园的调查,了解了企业办幼儿园的历史沿革和发展现状。要解决大型企业所属幼儿园学前教育发展中的问题,应在充分利用现有资源,完善管理体制,实现统一归口管理,加强幼儿教师队伍建设等方面下一番功夫。

Circular of the State Council shows great Concern to the development of kindergartens,which the author brings new opportunity to kindergartens.Through the investigation of Yanchang oilfield kindergarten,learns about enterprise-run kindergartens and finds some problems in pre-school education and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
