摘要
随着园本教研的深入开展,课题研究已经成为促进幼儿教师专业成长的重要途径。本文以西安市为例,通过对幼教课题存在问题的分析,提出以课题研究促进幼儿教师专业成长的对策。
With the kindergarten teaching and research development,problem research has become an important way for teacher professional development.This paper is intended to analysis the status of preschool teachers to participate in the research,summarize the main problems,and ultimately offer the proposals for early childhood teachers professional development.
