基于ISM方法的企业入驻大学科技园关键动机分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对相关文献的梳理,在理论支撑、实地调研和专家咨询的基础上,综合运用扎根理论和ISM方法构建出大学科技园企业入驻动机的多级梯阶有向结构模型。研究结果表明,功能不同和地理分布差异的大学科技园区为入驻企业提供的区域政策、资源禀赋、招商服务是不同的。拥有广阔的市场机会、活跃的研发网络、科技园市场准入优惠政策和金融税收优惠政策是企业入驻的主要动机,获得地方政府政策的支持是企业入驻的最基础因素,各影响因素之间存在着梯阶层次关系。以此为大学科技园的招商引资工作提出建议。 Analyzing enterprises' motivation of entering university science parks provides an important theoretical and empirical support for university science parks management.The paper uses ISM method to establish factors of enterprises' motivation of entering university science parks and analyzes the position and role of each factor in the process of enterprises' motivation of entering university science parks.The results indicate that the different functional and geographic Science Parks provide difference regional policy,resource endowment to the firms.Core technology,preferential finance and tax policies,abundant market resources are the key motivation.The research provides a scientific basis for decision making to speed up investment of university science parks.
