日粮能蛋值对高邮鸭产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探索高邮鸭产蛋期日粮适宜的能蛋值,选择280日龄健康状况良好的高邮鸭蛋鸭270只进行为期66d的饲养试验,研究不同能蛋值日粮对高邮鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明:日粮能蛋值对高邮鸭蛋鸭采食量的影响不显著(P>0.05),但高能高蛋白日粮的采食量低于其他组。日粮能量、蛋白质含量分别为11.30MJ/kg和17.07%时其蛋重、料蛋比和产蛋数均最高。日粮能蛋值对蛋品质指标的影响不大。日粮蛋白质对鸭蛋氨基酸含量的影响较大,日粮能蛋比值在0.62~0.66MJ/kg时能获得较高的氨基酸含量。结论:高邮鸭产蛋期的日粮能量、蛋白质含量分别以11.30MJ/kg和17.07%为宜,能获得较好的产蛋性能和蛋品质。 270 healthy Gaoyou ducks with 280d age were fed with the daily ration with different ME and CP level for 66d to study the effects on egg laying performance and egg quality and the optimum ME and CP level in the daily ration.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the ME and CP level in the daily ration and feed intake,but the feed intake of the daily ration with higher ME and CP level treatment was lower than other treatments.The feed-egg ratio and eggs reached the highest when the ME and CP level in the daily ration was 11.30MJ/kg and 17.07% respectively.The ME and CP level had no effect on the protein index,but the protein level in the daily ration had the significant effect on the amino acid content in eggs.The highest amino acid content in eggs could be obtained when the ME/CP ratio in daily ration was 0.62~0.66MJ/kg.
