摘要
目的探讨优质服务在腹部外科疾病中的应用。方法 762例腹部外科疾患患者随机分为干预组(432例)和对照组(330例),对照组采用传统常规医疗服务,对照组实施全程优质服务。结果干预组患者对自身疾病的知晓情况、遵医依从性、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况及患者满意度较对照组均明显优化,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论优质服务可明显提高医疗质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore application of quality service in surgical disease of abdominal region.Methods 762 patients with surgical disease of abdominal region were randomly divided into intervention group(432 cases) and control group(330 cases).The control group was applied for the routine medical service,the intervention group took the whole range quality service,and then compared the efficacy of them.Results Comparing the results of two groups of patients,the aware of themselves disease,compliance for the medical order,the length of stay,concurcent diseases after operation and the degree of significantly of patients of the intervention group were better than the control group.Conclusion Quality service can improve the quality of medical care and the degree of significantly of patients.To hence it is worthy to generalization in clinical practice.
