我院2010年治疗消化性溃疡药物应用状况分析

Analysis of Drug Application in Peptic Ulcer Treatment in 2010

目的探讨我院2010年治疗消化性溃疡药物应用状况,为合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2010年全年800例消化性溃疡患者应用药物的情况。结果在使用药物上,枸橼酸铋钾占总使用品种次的构成首位;36.0%的被调查病例使用1种抗菌药品,34.0%使用2种消化性溃疡药物;800例患者中共有30例进行了不合理使用消化性溃疡药物,发生率为3.75%,多为疗程不当造成。结论我院2010年治疗消化性溃疡药物应用以枸橼酸铋钾为主,多为联合用药,不合理用药发生率虽然比较低,但是还需要严格控制与使用。

Objective To explore application of drugs in peptic ulcer treatment within our hospital in 2010 for the reference of rational drug use.Methods Drug application to 800 hundreds patients with peptic ulcer in 2010 was put under retrospective analysis.Results In drug use, colloidal bismuth subcitrate ranks the first place in total varieties of drug use; 1 antibacterial drug was used for 36% investigated cases; 2 peptic ulcer drugs were used for 34.0% cases; among all the 800 patients, 30 cases underwent irrational drug use, up to 3.75% incidence rate, most of which results from irrational course of treatment.Conclusion Drug applied in peptic ulcer treatment within our hospital in 2010 mainly includes colloidal bismuth subcitrate, often combined with other drugs. It shall be rigorously controlled and used in spite of a low rate of irrational drug use.
