C-D矫形术是用金属棒和多个钩子治疗脊柱侧凸的手术。根据其临床表现及X线检查,要做好充分的术前准备及心理护理。术后除常规观察外,还要注重呼吸系统、创口、胃肠道的观察和维护,解决好术后卧位、翻身、疼痛、发热、支具以及功能锻炼问题。

C - D instrumentaion operation is a kind of operation which use mutiple hooks, and metal rods. According to their clinical manifestation and X-ray examination, sufficient preparation and psychological nursing is needed before operation. After the operation, in addition to the routine observation, maintenauce and observation to the respiratory system, gasro-intestinal system and wound are also needed. The management of lying position and turning over of the body, pain, fever, brace and rehabilitation are very important too.
