儿童消化性溃疡病的临床观察及护理

Clinical Observations and Nursing of Childhood Peptic Ulcer

本文通过对97例消化性溃疡病患儿的护理,总结分析了消化性溃疡病与年龄、性别、发病季节的关系;通过观察消化性溃疡病引起出血后,洗胃及止血药物的应用,发现为防止失血性休克的发生或在休克抢救的同时,加强对家长及患儿的健康教育、合理饮食、正确服用药物,加强心理护理,是促进病愈的关键。

The nursing experiences of 97 pediatric patients of peptic ulcer were summarized, which analyzed the prevalent features of age, sex and season of the disease. A naso-gastric tube should be placed and coagulating drugs should be given when ulcers caused massive hemorrhage even hypovolumic shock. Health education is also very important for the patients and their parents. Correct dietary regimes and medications and psychological nursing is the key to help the patients recover.
