摘要 目的依据心理测量学中量表的跨文化适应程序,发展适合中国文化特征的、针对HIV感染者的中文版疲乏量表(C-HRFS)。方法采用Brislin翻译模式对英文版HIV相关疲乏量表(HRFS)进行翻译、回译和文化调适,经专家评定后,形成C-HRFS。在313例HIV感染者中测试,对量表的信、效度进行评价。结果确定C-HRFS由3个分量表、56个条目组成,经探索性因子分析,其因子共解释总变异的50.414%,内容效度为0.852;总量表内部一致性系数为0.953,重测信度为0.976。结论翻译后的中文版C-HRFS量表有较好的信度和效度,适合在中国HIV感染者中使用。 Objective To translate and develop a Chinese version of HIV-Related Fatigue Scale(C-HRFS). Methods A four-step process adapted from Brislin′s translation model was applied to translate and develop C-HRFS.The reliability and validity were tested among 313 HIV-infected persons. Results C-HRFS was confirmed to have 3 subscales which included 56 items in total.Through exploratory factor analysis,all the factors were able to explain 50.414% of total variance.The content validity index(CVI) was 0.852;the Cronbach′s α was 0.953 and test-retest reliability was 0.973. Conclusion C-HRFS has good reliability and validity,and is culturally adaptive to Chinese population.
