多元化教学在临床护理英语带教中的应用及效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多元化教学方法在临床护理英语带教中的应用及效果。方法运用多元化教学方法对48名护理本科实习生进行4周的临床英语带教,包括根据学生基本情况修订带教计划,在交接班、查房和操作过程中进行专业词汇、对话、报告及沟通的培训,组织情景模拟、英语查房或讲座等综合应用能力的培训等。结果实习结束时学生英语理论及应用能力成绩显著提高((P<0.05,P<0.01));100%的学生表示对英语学习的兴趣明显提高,85.0%以上学生的英语口头表达、对话交流、英语书写、专科英语运用和自主学习能力都有明显提高。结论使用多元化的教学方法进行护理英语教学,有助于提高学生英语专业理论水平和运用能力。 Objective To discuss the effects of diversified teaching methods applied to the teaching of clinic nursing English. Methods A total of 48 undergraduate nursing interns were involved into 4-weeks′ clinical English training program,during which,diversified teaching methods were employed.Teachers revised teaching plan according to students′ level,instructed students to practice professional English during a hand-over,a ward-round,or a procedure through such methods as reciting medical terms,making dialogues,giving reports,and making communications.Teachers also organized situational simulation plays,clinical nursing rounds,lectures,etc.,to allow students to practice English. Results At completion of clinical practice,the results of English test and English practice among students were significantly improved(P0.05,P0.01).All the students expressed increased intere-sts in English learning,85.0% of the students were more proficient in oral expression,conversation,writing,usage of medical terms;they also exhibited higher ability in self-directed learning. Conclusion Diversified teaching methods improve students′ enthu-siasm,and proficiency in professional English.
