单侧简易外固定器的临床应用(附325例报告)

Clinical Application of Simple Unilateral External Fixator(with 325 cases reported)

目的 探讨单侧简易外固定器治疗四肢骨折的价值。方法 自１９９３年１０月～１９９９年６月我院应用此外固定器治疗四肢骨折３２５例，对治疗结果进行了分析。结果 经０．３～５年的随访，骨折愈合率为１００％，伤肢功能良好。结论 外固定器既可延长和维持伤肢的长度，又可对断端行初期的坚强固定，可早期行动力加压，使骨折按生理需要修复。本器械适用于四肢骨折，尤其是火器伤后的骨缺损、感染性骨折不宜行内固定者或伴有软组织损伤的复杂性骨折，也适用于关节融合。

Objective:To evaluate the accessibility of applying the simple unilateral external fixator in treating upper or lower extremities fractures.Methods:From October 1993 to June 1999,325 cases had been treated with this fixator.Results:309 cases were followed up for a period of 4--60 months and the healing rate of the fracture was 100%,with good function in all cases.Conclusion:The simple unilateral external fixator consists of a long thread bolt with several holes and long round nail sinks,nuts and washers.Its facility permits to maintenance of normal limb length and allows dynamic compression to provide strong fixing for the fracture ends in the early stage,and to stimulate recovery according to physiological regenerative requirement.It can be easily applied in nearly all types of fractures,especially in the bone defects of war injury,in those complicated fractures which can't be treated with internal fixation and in cases associated with soft tissue injury.
