摘要
本文对英汉定语的充当成分、位置、多定语排序、功能等方面试图进行较细致的对比,自然导出定语翻译时的一些原则,以期对深化语言差异认识,提高翻译能力有所帮助。
This paper is a comparative study of English and Chinese attributes in terms of the components of attribute,position before or after the noun it modifies,ordering in case of several attributes,and functions,leading naturally to generalizations of translation principles,with the purpose of making the readers more aware of language differences and thus being helpful in improving their translation skills.
