区域物流资源整合是整合参与者之间的交易博弈,认清区域物流资源整合过程中政府、企业及个人等各参与主体存在不同的利益诉求,客观认识各参与主体利益不均衡,尽可能地探寻其中的利益均衡点是实现区域物流资源整合的关键。应确保通畅的利益诉求表达渠道,通过建立利益均衡制度以使区域物流资源整合能够在和谐的环境下持续开展,达到整合的预期目标。

The integration of regional logistics is a trading game between participants.It requires recognizing the different interest among the government,enterprises and individuals,in the process of integrating regional logistics resources.At the same time,it calls for objectively understanding the non-equilibrium interest for each participating subject and exploring the balance point of interest.This paper aims at establishing interest equilibrium to ensure the smooth channel of expressing interest demand,expecting the sustainable development of integration of regional logistics resources in a harmonious environment and achieving the desired objective of integration.
