Exploration and Practice of "Shadow Teachers" Training Mode

"影子教师"研修模式是在"国培计划"—湖北省农村骨干教师跟岗学习项目中积极探索和推介的一种新的培训模式,它实际上是校本研修的一种延伸和创新,它的基本特征是能够充分利用优质中小学校和名师课堂作为教师培训资源,让"影子教师"置身于真实的教育情境中,在"听中学",在"做中学"。

As a new kind of training mode,＂shadow teachers＂ training has been actively explored and promoted in rural backbone teachers learning projects of ＂the plan of national training.＂ It is actually an extension of the school-based research and innovation.And its basic characteristics are taking full advantage of high quality schools and expert teachers＇ classes as a teacher training resources.So,＂shadow teachers＂ are placed in the real education situation,learning by listening and doing.
