浅谈现代医院检验科的管理与发展

随着医学技术的迅猛发展和多学科的渗透,检验科传统的管理模式已经无法满足社会的需求,为了保证检验科的良性发展,本文从科学创新管理、和谐稳定发展的角度,阐述了为了符合医院现代化管理的要求,检验部门要更新管理模式,重塑和整合现有的组织构架,完善实验室质量管理体系,重视人才培养,加强与临床各科室的沟通,同时运用循证医学理论,指导检验科的管理,促进检验医学长足稳定发展。
