射频消融术与电环切除术在宫颈良性疾病治疗中的对比分析

Radiofrequency Ablation with Loop Electrosurgical Excision of Benign Cervical Disease in the Comparative Analysis of the Treatment

目的探讨射频消融术与电环切除术在宫颈良性疾病治疗中的临床疗效及安全性对比。方法 418例宫颈良性病变患者随机分为射频消融术治疗组209例和电环切除术治疗组209例,治疗结束后观察疗效。结果射频消融组总有效率为80.38%;电环切除组总有效率为91.86%,电环切除组优于射频消融组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论电环切除术适用于病变范围大、病灶较深的患者,而射频消融术主要针对糜烂表面,对于深层病灶不能彻底清除。

Objective To evaluate the radiofrequency ablation with loop electrosurgical excision of benign cervical disease in the clinical treatment efficacy and safety comparison.Methods 418 cases of cervical benign lesions were randomly assigned to radiofrequency ablation group of 209 cases,and loop electresurgical excision in the treatment group of 209 cases,after treatment effects were observed.Results RF ablation group,the total effective rate was 80.38%;loop electresurgical excision group,the total effective rate was 91.86%,1oop electrosurgical excision group than the RF ablation group, p〈0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion The loop electrosurgical excision for large lesions,patients with deeper lesions,and radiofrequency ablation mainly for surface erosion,for deep lesions can not be completely removed.
