This essay is to discuss the similarities on the etiology,mechanisms,symptoms and treatment between systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and seasonal febrile diseases in spring,combined with clinical application and related experimental researches to provide same theoretical prove to treat systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） from seasonal febrile diseases caused by insidious pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine.
