As a new type of tourism real estate new model, Property hotel has been valued by the Chinese investor. Based on the development of property hotel, the author analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of property hotel＇ s investment in China, in order to provide some relative countermeasures for the hotel investor.
