摘要
产权式酒店作为一种新型的旅游房产新模式,符合经济资源共享的发展趋势,受到了中国投资者的青睐。基于我国产权式酒店的发展,笔者对我国产权式酒店投资的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析,旨在为酒店投资者的投资实践提供相关的理论思考和对策建议。
As a new type of tourism real estate new model, Property hotel has been valued by the Chinese investor. Based on the development of property hotel, the author analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of property hotel' s investment in China, in order to provide some relative countermeasures for the hotel investor.
