摘要
建构科学合理的具有中国特色的公共人力资源激励型组织,既是一项长期而复杂的系统工程,又是一件关系到组织生存发展的统筹战略。建构公共人力资源激励型组织的路径必须要从国民经济社会发展的全局出发,保证公共部门各项工作性质与人力资源的整体结构相互匹配甚至互利发展的需要。
Construction of the scientific and fair public human resource inspiring type organization with Chinese characteristics is not only a complicated long term systematic project, but also a whole plan strategy which would relate to the existence anddevelopment of the organization even the unexpected good or bad fortune of the whole country. This paper tries to use strategic, era spiritual and innovational thinking i.e. to research the routes from effective multidimensional assessment system of concept, systemand culture to seek constructing the scin.
