非正式出版期刊是反映各单位、各部门、各行业工作、科研发展情况的非正式连续性出版物,是反映各行业、各单位、各部门工作情况和发展情况的重要信息资料。它对研究地方政治、经济、文化、教育的发展具有及其重要的作用。研究非正式出版期刊的特点及在管理工作中存在的问题,加强地方高校图书馆对非正式出版期刊管理,使非正式出版期刊有效地为本校教学科研和地方政治、经济、文化、教育的发展服务。

As an important information material, unofficial publications refer to the informal consecutive journals reflecting not only the scientific research conditions and development of various social units and sections. They have played very important roles in researching the local politics, economy, cuhure, and education. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the unofficial publications and the problems occurring in the management, this paper aims to how to strengthen the management of college library to the publication of the unofficial journals and magazines, so that it can serve the college＇ s teaching and scientific researches as well as the development of the local politics, economy, culture and education.
