摘要
以某高轮毂比离心压气机为研究对象,在给定的轴向尺寸限定下,进行离心压气机改型设计,提出了离心叶轮和径向扩压器子午流道倾斜的设计方法以提高离心压气机性能,并借助数值模拟手段,揭示了该设计方法提高高轮毂比离心压气机性能的机理,可为高轮毂比离心压气机改型气动设计提供借鉴。
The hub and shroud contours are redesigned for a high hub/tip ratio centrifugal compressor with the same axial dimension.Detailed analyses of the flow visualization have exposed flow topologies between the cases with original compressor and modified compressor by numerical simulation,therefore led to some preliminary conclusions as to the flow physics involved in the compressor performance improvements afforded by the redesign of hub and shroud contours.
