摘要
对R1270和R22在家用空调中的制冷性能进行了对比试验研究,结果表明:在相同条件下,R1270和R22的系统制冷量基本相同,与R22制冷系统相比,R1270的能效比提高6.5%,充灌量下降了51%,压缩比下降27%。在满足制冷量的前提下,通过优化蒸发器,把蒸发器的管径从7mm变为5mm,并减少U型管数,改变流路布置,进行仅改变蒸发器的R1270样机试验,结果表明:R1270和R22的系统制冷量基本相同,R1270制冷系统的能效比为3.31,与R22制冷系统相比,能效比提高12.6%,充灌量下降了55%。这充分说明:在系统性能方面,R1270替代R22应用于家用空调中是基本可行的,同时也对R1270家用空调的安全性问题提出了一些建议。
The experiments on the cooling performance of residential air conditioner with R1270 and R22 were conducted respectively.The experimental results show that the cooling capacity of the air conditioner with R1270 is close to that with R22 with the same experimental conditions.The coefficient of performance of the air conditioner with R1270 was 6.5% higher than that with R22,The charge amount of R1270 was 51% lower than that of R22,the compression ratio of R1270 was 27% lower than that of R22.With the optimization of parameters of the evaporator,the diameter of the tubes was changed from 7mm to 5mm,the number of U-tube was decreased,the flow path was changed,with the variations evaporator parameters,the test results show that the cooling capacity of the air conditioner with R1270 is close to that with R22,The coefficient of performance of the air conditioner with R1270 was 3.31,it was 12.6% higher than that with R22,The charge amount of R1270 was 55% lower than that of R22.R1270 is a good alternative to replace R22 in residential air conditioners.some recommendations about safety of R1270 Air Conditioner were given.
