零售业一线员工情绪智力与工作绩效

摘要 通过对零售业一线员工情绪智力对其工作绩效的影响做实证分析发现:他人情绪评估、情绪调节和情绪利用能力越高的员工其工作绩效也越高。企业对选择的一线员工进行情绪智力的培训,能提高工作绩效。
