摘要
目的:设计一种反射式额头血氧饱和度测量装置,研究其在军事医学中的应用。方法:根据反射式血氧饱和度测量原理提出反射式血氧饱和度传感器设计方案,并分析血氧饱和度传统计算方法的误差及消除方法。结果:该血氧饱和度测量装置测量精度:在70%~100%范围内无运动时为±2%,有运动时为±3%。该装置已经在多个军事课题中得到应用。结论:反射式额头血氧饱和度测量技术对在军事作业环境下了解人体生命体征和评定功能状态具有重要意义。
Objective To design an oxygen saturation measurement apparatus in the forehead using reflection mode and explore its application in military medicine.Methods Both hardware design schemes for oxygen saturation measurement apparatus in the forehead using reflection mode and error analysis in traditional methods for calculating oxygen saturation,in which there was a novel method for error correction,were presented.Results The oximeter's accuracy was within ±2% when without movement,±3% when moving in the range of 70%~100%.The oximter had been used in multiple military tasks.Conclusion Oxygen saturation measurement in the forehead using reflection mode can be used to find out and to assess the soldier's physiological status in military tasks.
