摘要
针对医院物资管理上存在的"重收入、轻成本"的现象,依托信息化管理平台,推行有效的监督机制,强化人员自身素质,规范低值易耗品的使用流程、日清月结季汇总,有效地杜绝漏收费、人情收费、记错费等现象。病区三级库房的"零库存"为医院宏观掌握标准经费的差值提供依据,合理使用了科室资源,避免了科室资源积压、过期等浪费现象,维护了医院和科室的利益。
Several informatized-management-platform-based measures are carried out to avoid the improperness of emphasized income and ignored cost in hospital consumables management,including implementing effective supervision,promoting staff quality,standardizing the application process of low-value consumables,regular inventory taking,and thus missing and incorrect charging is avoided effectively.The zero-inventory management of medical supplies provides the evidences for decision-making of economic policy of hospital and makes the medical supplies used reasonably.
