摘要
目的:探讨Salter髂骨旋转截骨术治疗学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位的护理方法。方法:对近年来施行Salter截骨手术治疗先天性髋关节脱位31例学龄前患儿的护理作总结分析。结果:全组病例经有效的手术治疗及手术前后的精心护理,患儿髋关节功能得以恢复,无关节粘连、畸形等并发症发生。结论:高质量的护理以及术后早期合理的康复功能锻炼是手术成功的关键。
The nursing methods of the Salter iliac rotational osteotomy treatment on pre-school children with congenital hip dislocation were discussed by analyzing and summarizing nursing on 31 cases of Salter osteotomy operation treatment implemented preschool children with congenital hip dislocation in recent years.The result shows that after positive and effective operation treatment and high quality nursing care post-operation,the function of hip was retorted and there is no joint adhesion and deformity in these children.Therefore the high quality nursing care and reasonable early stage rehabilitation training after operation is the key for the successful operation.
