摘要
目的观察铁棒锤提取物各极性部位的抗炎镇痛效果。方法通过皮下注射角叉菜胶和腹腔注射醋酸溶液的方法建立小鼠炎症和疼痛模型,以吲哚美辛为阳性对照药对铁棒锤不同提取部位的抗炎镇痛作用进行评价。结果铁棒锤能抑制角叉菜胶所致小鼠耳肿胀程度,减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,其中50%和95%醇洗部分具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用(P<0.01)。结论 50%和95%醇洗部分可能为铁棒锤抗炎镇痛作用的活性部位。
Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of four extract of aconitum pendulum busch.Methods Lambda-carrageenan and acetic acid were used to establish inflammatory and pain models in mice.The effect of four extract of aconitum pendulum busch on writhing response and lambda-carrageenan-induced paw edema was evaluated compared to indomethacin as positive control.Results 50% and 95% ethanol extract of aconitum pendulum busch could significantly reduce the acetic acid-induced writhing response and lambda-carrageenan-induced paw edema.Conclusion 50% and 95% ethanol extract of aconitum pendulum busch could be the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effective fraction.
