重建腮腺咬肌筋膜加胸锁乳突肌瓣预防味觉出汗综合征 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨在腮腺切除术中采用重建腮腺咬肌筋膜和胸锁乳突肌瓣预防味觉出汗综合征的效果。方法将62例行腮腺良性肿瘤患者分为两组,治疗组32例采用保留并重建腮腺咬肌筋加膜胸锁乳突肌瓣;对照组30例采用切除腮腺咬肌筋膜,观察术后味觉出汗综合征的发生情况。结果术后6-30个月随访,治疗组32例患者无1例发生Frey's综合征,对照组30例中8例(26.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在腮腺切除手术中应用重建腮腺咬肌筋膜加胸锁乳突肌瓣的方法预防Frey's综合征效果显著,而且还能纠正面侧部的凹陷畸形。
