Construction of teaching team is a forceful guarantee to establish the effective cooperative mechanism and improve the quality of teaching,and an important measure taken by the department of education when they put quality and reform engineering in teaching of practice in colleges and universities.Based on construction of course group concept,this article demonstrates the aim of teaching team of pathophysiology by discussing its form,construction strategy,incentive mechanism.
