摘要
分析引起织机经纱张力扰动的因素,研究张力信号数字处理方法,提出基于目标送经量的PID控制策略。经实验验证,该方法显著改进了系统的动态性能,静态性能也有所提高,控制效果得到显著改善。
The disturbance factors of loom warp tension are analyzed. The digital treatment of tension signal is studied and the PID control strategy based on target let-off value is proposed. The experiments show that the method has significantly improved the dynamic performance of the system; the static performance also improved and the control performance improved significantly.
