摘要 LED光源经过光纤光栅和压电陶瓷的波长调制,获得与乙炔气体吸收峰对应的窄带反射出射光,并射入装有一定乙炔体积分数气体的积分球内,由于乙炔气体对入射光的选择性吸收及积分球壁的衰减作用,光强减弱,利用积分球算法算出无乙炔气体下积分球的衰减率,进而求出由于气体吸收而衰减的光强差,最后计算出乙炔气体体积分数,为乙炔气体体积分数检测提供了一种新方法。实验表明,该检测方法准确度高,重复性好。 LED's wavelength modulation is realized by the modulating of fiber grating and piezoelectric ceramics to obtain narrowband output light of the acetylene,and filtered into the integral goal which equipped with a certain volume fraction of the acetylene.Due to the incident light acetylene selective absorption and integrating sphere attenuation,light intensity is abate,using integral ball algorithm to calculate the damping decrement under no measuring acetylene,and then calculate the acetylene absorption due to poor light intensity decays,finally the acetylene volume fraction can be calculated.This is a new method for acetylene monitoring.Experiments show that the proposed scheme has the features of high accuracy and good repeatability.
