摘要
为使倾斜光纤光栅所测量的温度测量值更准确地反映温度情况,提出了利用倾斜光纤光栅的不同模式作为温度测量的多个温度传感器,并在此测量数据的基础上采用多传感器数据融合的方法提高测量数据精度,得到更准确的温度信息。这种方法获得比有限个传感器的算术平均值更准确的测量结果,具有较高的可靠性,可推广到其他具有正态分布特性测量结果的多传感器测量系统。
In order to make the temperature measurements measured by tilted fiber Bragg grating more accurately reflect the temperature conditions,some modes in tilted fiber grating are used as sensor to measure temperature,and on a basis of measurements,multi-sensor data fusion is used to improve the precision of measurement and to obtain the more exact temperature.This method can obtain more exacter measuring result compared with arithmetic means of finite sensors,and has better reliability.It can be used in other multi-sensor measuring system which the measuring data belongs to normal distribution.
