城镇污水管网现状调查及整改对策研究

Investigation and Study on Rectification Countermeasures of Urban Sewage Pipe Network

随着我国经济的迅速发展,城镇基本上都建起了污水处理厂,城镇污水处理厂是城镇控制水污染、改善和保护环境的重要工程设施,但污水处理厂却普遍存在并且长期存在进水实际浓度远低于设计值问题,并没有发挥其效能保护环境。因此,通过对城镇污水管网进行详细的调查,发现污水管网主要存在破损,局部高程设计不合理,管网淤塞,排水体制混乱等九大问题。针对这些实际问题,结合当地的实际情况提出相应有效可行的工程措施和管理措施,同时也对污水管网的建设、管理与维护提出了要加强排水档案管理,完善管网工程的监理和验收体制,建立雨污分流制等一些合理的建议,希望能对城镇污水管网的规划、建设、改造等方面起到一定的借鉴作用。

With rapid economic development in China,there are many sewage treatment plants built in cities and towns as the important engineering facility to control water pollution,improve and protect the environment,but the problem that the concentration of inlet wastewater of urban sewage treatment plants is much lower than the expected level in the design stage is universal and long-standing.Through detailed investigation of urban drainage pipelines,problems of drainage network damage,unreasonable local elevation design,pipe blockage and drainage system confusion,etc,were found.According to these practical problems and considering the local actual situation,some effective and feasible engineering measures and management measures were proposed,this paper also puts forward some reasonable suggestions for drainage pipe construction,management and maintenance,such as improving archives management of the drainage network,setting separate system and perfecting the checking system,all these can serve as reference for urban sewage pipe network planning,construction and renovation.
